Seminar Group: 23rd Annual Oregon Water Law Conference

Please join Stoel Rives attorneys Michael Campbell, Greg Corbin, David Filippi and Kirk Maag at the 23rd Annual Oregon Water Law Conference. Campbell will present, "Waters of the United States: Recent Proposed Rules; Environmental Community's Insight; Litigation Plans."  Corbin will present, "Klamath Basin Focus: Updates on Klamath Basin Adjudication; Settlement with Upper Basin; Legislation." Filippi will serve as the Program Co-Chair and kick off the conference. He will also present, "State and Federal Case Law Update: Review of Key Cases from the Past Year." Maag will present, "What is "Injury"? A New Look at an Old Concept." The conference will report on major new developments in water law as well as recent legislative developments and rulemaking efforts to provide a broad perspective on state water law.
