Overview

Michael Such is an associate in the Tax Section of the Benefits, Tax, and Private Client Group in the firm’s Portland office. He assists businesses and individuals with a variety of federal, state, and local tax issues. Michael has experience advising clients on federal tax issues including entity formation, employment taxes and compensation, transactions involving pass-through entities, and corporate reorganizations. He also has experience with state and local tax issues including property tax programs and incentives, transfer and transactional taxes, and municipal taxation of businesses.
