Julia Sera is an Oregon Certified Paralegal in Stoel Rives’ Real Estate group. Julia works with attorneys, staff, and clients in coordinating real estate matters.
Previously, Julia was estate planning project coordinator (2021–2022) and a practice assistant with the firm (2019–2021). Earlier in her career, she was a paralegal with Kell, Alterman & Runstein, L.L.P., (2014–2019), and a paralegal in the Law Offices of Reuben S.F. Wong in Honolulu (2012–2014).

- Communicated title insurance and mortgage lender requirements to clients; coordinated responses to request from title and escrow officers, corporate counsel, investment brokers, real estate agents, and outside vendors; facilitated closing of real property transactions.
- Drafted, revised, and assembled general correspondence and legal documents, including but not limited to deeds, assignments of deed of trust and promissory note, transfer tax forms, assignments of assets, reconveyances, stock powers, stock ledgers, transfer consents, membership assignments, IRS Forms SS–4 and third-party authorizations.
