Overview

Kris Jensen is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group, where he represents clients in a variety of matters related to mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance, and other corporate and securities issues.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Kris was an associate with a prominent firm in Chicago, Illinois. While in law school he worked with the Youth and Education Law Project at Stanford’s Mills Legal Clinic, and he was a summer intern to the Honorable Paul G. Byron of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to his legal career, Kris served in the U.S. Navy as a cryptologic linguist.
