Overview

Bryan Glover is a partner in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group, where he focuses his practice on commercial and bankruptcy litigation. Bryan provides clients with practical, business-oriented legal advice and has experience in commercial reorganizations and workouts, receiverships, real estate litigation, and general business-related litigation matters. Bryan regularly represents all forms of stakeholders in insolvency proceedings, assists creditors and debtors in the restructuring of performing and distressed credit facilities, defends lender-liability claims, represents purchasers of assets both inside and outside of bankruptcy court, and defends fraudulent and preferential transfer actions in bankruptcy court.
