Francis was a summer associate with Stoel Rives and a legal extern with Vestas. While attending the University of Oregon Law School, he was an associate for the Environmental Law Clinic and the Business Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Francis was a management consultant, aiding utilities with technology implementations.
