Experience

In her first year in such a position, Lisa was the lead paralegal in two trials. She assisted teams of Stoel Rives attorneys to obtain a win for our clients in both cases. The first trial dealt with a contract dispute in front of a jury in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the other was a PSD Permit appeal in front of the Pollution Control Hearings Board. Both trials helped her gain experience in exhibit preparation and presentation at trial, as well as in witness coordination and trial logistics.
