Overview
Derek Larsen is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group. Derek is experienced in drafting contracts and a variety of other documents related to real estate and business transactions conveying title and securing seller financing.
Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Derek was a transactions intern and a legal intern with several firms. Earlier in his career, Derek worked as a forester.
