Overview
Shelly Celius is Stoel Rives’ Chief Financial Officer. Shelly has more than 20 years of progressive financial experience, including 15 years in senior management. She is responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership to the firm and leads the firm’s 30+ person finance and accounting department. Shelly’s areas of knowledge include budgeting and forecasting, technology project management, financial modeling, operations and financial analysis, and merger and acquisition due diligence.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Shelly served as Practice Director with Perkins Coie. Before that she was with Bryan Cave for nine years, where she served in several roles, including as its Global Finance Director and as Department Chief Operating Officer – Litigation and Corporate Risk. Shelly began her career at Holme, Roberts & Owen where she was CFO when the firm merged with Bryan Cave.
