Pearl E. Dixon

Pearl Dixon is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financing. Pearl has experience representing renewable energy clients in acquiring, developing and financing solar and wind projects. Pearl has also represented start-up and early-stage companies in private equity financing.

Pearl was a summer associate with Stoel Rives (2022, 2021), a legal intern with Intel Corporation (2021), and a judicial extern for the Honorable Jennifer G. Zipps of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona (2023).
